LOCUS is a student-initiated movement to help students bridge this gap. Locus, started in the year 2003, aims to provide a platform for innovative ideas and creations. It focuses on providing a fertile ground for intelligent, inquisitive and innovative minds and also broadens the professional experience of the students in the technical field. Locus, keeping up with its literal meaning, has been providing the students the right track to showcase and hence enhance their talent.
Every year LOCUS conducts many skill development programs among students from various national level colleges which include seminars, talk programs, training courses, etc.But its main highlight is a 3-day long annual event within college premises of Pulchowk Engineering College, IOE. This 3-day long program includes various formal and informal events.
